Just a quick update. Yuki has begun his third round of chemotherapy this week with Vincristine again. One thing, however, that has caused some concern with the oncologist is Yuki's Liver numbers. Cytoxan and Pecos This week Yuki was introduced to Cytoxan, the second pharmaceutical weapon in the oncologist’s arsenal. With this drug, we have the first time we directly participate in chemotherapy dosing. Unlike Vincristine, and Lspar before it, Cytoxan is a three-dose treatment via pill. Chemotherapy begins On a Friday in October, Yuki went in for his first treatment, Vincristine. Yuki’s new schedule is a drop-off early in the morning, along with paperwork detailing the past week and how he tolerated the previous treatment, followed by a quick blood test to make sure he’s healthy enough to continue the treatments....
